Overview

When you first sign up for Follow the Leader Trading through Common Man Trading, you will be enrolled in our 30 day trial.  You will be asked for payment information, you will not be charged until the 30 day trial ends.  If you cancel your subscription before 30 day trial ends, you will not be charge for the next month. 

Prorating is not available.

You can cancel you subscription at any term there is no long term commitment.

We do not sell any subscriber information to anyone.  Your data is stored on a secure sever and is destroyed after you cancel your subscription.

This Website is operated by Common Man Trading, LLC. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Common Man Trading, here in known as CMT.  CMT offers this Website, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our Site and/ or subscribing, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

Add the description of what information are you going to collect? Why do you need it? Describe how are you going to use it, are you going to share personal information with others and and under what circumstances would you be willing to disclose personal information. Try to use simple and plain language. Special attention should be given to safeguarding the privacy of children especially if you work with them directly.

Giving consent for others

You should include information about how are you going to manage consent if members can provide personal data about others, for example while registering guests or adding bundle members.

You should inform your members if you share any personal data with third-party applications, and confirm with any third parties that they are prepared to respond to data requests from your members.
